Ordering with Us
You may order products from My Unique Wooden Toys directly from the website, www.myuniquewoodentoys.com. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal and E-checks.
Product Availability
All products are available unless it is noted that the product is out of stock. Once in awhile there may be a product that goes out of stock shortly before you placed your order that we haven't had a chance to update. We will contact you if that happens. We apologize for any inconvience and will strive to accomadate your order as soon as possible.
Pricing
Pricing mistakes occur very infrequently but occasionally we will incorrectly price a particular item. We reserve the right to change product prices at anytime and we may limit customers quantities when a product is mistakenly priced.
Sales Tax
In accordance with regulations of the State of IN, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on the full order merchandise value to all residents of IN. Shipments to all other states are not charged sales tax.
Shipping Policies and Rates
We use primarily UPS. On larger items they will be shipped via LTL Common Carrier. There are only a few of these items and they are identified with an (*). The shipping notations are in the descriptive information concerning the product. Due to the shipping manner, we will need to know the location and shipping costs will have to be added. Therefore you will need to contact us prior to shipping so we can give you a shipping price. At this time we only ship to the 48 states and Washington DC. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes as UPS offers no service to these addresses. If they change their policy, we will gladly change ours.
On occassion, UPS will deliver a package after the "guaranteed" delivery date. As long as the delay is not weather related, UPS will often refund shipping charges. Refunds for such deliveries will then be granted to customers after a request is made, and after My Unique Wooden Toys receives its refund from UPS. Please know that My Unique Wooden Toys has no control over UPS delivery dates once a package leaves our premises. We will, however, gladly give a refund for any shipping charges after a refund is given to us by UPS.
Drop-ship: My Unique Wooden Toys drop-ships several large or bulky products. In other words, these items are shipped directly from the manufacturers location. Occasionally, an in stock item may in fact be out of stock, due to a slight lag in communication from the manufacturer. Shipping times may also be delayed slightly because of the manufacturer or distributor who ships the products. We sincerely apologize if you experience this and assure you that it does not happen often. There are occasional shipping surcharges added to large or bulky products, these surcharges will already be factored in your shipping quote at check out. Any surcharge will be listed in the products description page.
