This unique wooden hammer and peg set is an old toy that kids still enjoy today. When we take toys to shows this is one of the first demo toys that kids pick up to play with. It helps with eye-hand coordination and is also lots of fun. I received one of these for my first birthday and my kids played with it too. Today it is retired on a ledge for decorative purposes only. The wooden hammer and peg set is made from hardwood and has 6 pounding pegs and a hammer that comes with it. The hammer is attached to the peg set with a leather tie so it won't become seperated from it and perhaps get buried in the bottom of the toybox or carried away somewhere. Watch the eyes and facial expressions as your little one accomplishes getting the pegs pounded through and then discovers that you flip it over and start again! Recommended age 2 and older.
